Who is Daryl Woodhouse

Built in the real world. Not just the classroom.

I've been the person who couldn't switch off. The one who thought more hours and more effort was the answer. The one who built something - won the FSB Business of the Year with it - then realised it couldn't run without me in every room, on every call.

I fixed that. And then sold it. I've also led large enterprise restructures, delivered scale up and culture transformations, spoken on stages, and taught scale-up strategy and leadership at the London School of Business & Finance. There were many more successes, but also expensive mistakes along the way, and learned from each of them.

There is significant recent and future impact on individuals and companies globally from the likes of AI and robotics. We must each do more to get smarter in leveraging the knowledge, tools, and opportunities in front of us. That's what I'm available for: to help founders and leaders get ahead faster, more easily, and with fewer scars.
